Since our house was built in 1968 one small closet was standard for a master bedroom. We have had an antique armoire in our room to use for extra hanging room. It has been less than ideal but we lived with it. The time has come to really rethink our storage in our bedroom and the best option was to build a second closet. Eddy ripped out the floor molding and the crown molding on the ceiling to prepare for putting in the closet. We piled all the extra clothes on the bed awaiting their new home. Home improvement projects always seem to take three times as long as you think they will. We thought we would knock it out in a day but we will need more than unfortunately. It always seems when we do these kinds of projects we often stay up until midnight working. I can't wait until it is done and we will so much more room to hang up clothes and the bedroom will be so much tidier.
